Kusal Mendis Leaves PSL for IPL – Kusal Mendis should be banned for life
Kusal Mendis was playing for Quetta Gladiators, but now he’s opting to play in the IPL instead of the PSL due to a higher payout. The excuse he has given is ‘security concerns in Pakistan. I believe players like him should feel ashamed. Are they unaware of the current situation? Considering the present conditions in both Pakistan and India, if another conflict breaks out, both countries would face similar circumstances. If the PSL can’t take place here, the IPL wouldn’t be possible there either.

If Kusal Mendis has indeed used this excuse, then the PSL and its management should consider imposing a lifetime ban on him from participating in the league. Moreover, many IPL supporters who criticize the PSL claim that the IPL has bigger players. If that’s the case, why are they so keen on picking top talent from the PSL?
