Multan Sultans have written another letter to the PSL management asking why the new offer letter and valuation report have not been sent. The old agreement of all franchises is valid till 31 December and PSL management has not suspended the Multan Sultans agreement. Sources say the new agreement was not sent due to non compliance and because owner Ali Tareen made statements against the PSL administration and tore the legal notice from PCB.

In his interview, Ali Tareen said Multan Sultans sent a legal response and emails but PSL has not replied. He said PSL says issues will be settled in the boardroom, but no communication has come. He said if PSL does not send the letter, reply to emails, or invite them to meetings, then legal action is the only option. He said PSL leaked the letter again but still did not reply to their legal response.

He said valuation has increased more than 200 percent and that if PSL had kept him satisfied, he would have signed a deal of 15 billion. He said all franchises are unhappy with the PSL management. He said PSL did not try to manage the situation after his criticism and wanted to remove him.

He said he contacted PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi but the CEO did not respond. He said PSL numbers show declining revenue, gate receipts, and sponsor income and questioned how teams can sign a 10 year agreement in a declining league. He said some teams may enter re bidding to buy cheaper teams.
