PCB Released all Platinum Players for PSL 10 Draft
The Platinum Category players list for the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025 has been released, featuring top T20 stars from around the world. This year’s draft includes 44 world class players who have already made a significant mark in the shortest format of the game. In this report, I’ll provide insights into these players and analyze how teams might utilize their picks based on their requirements.
A key rule of the PSL draft is that teams must pick at least one local or overseas player in the top three categories. For instance, if a team opts for two overseas players in the Platinum Category, the third pick must necessarily be a Pakistani player. Conversely, if two local players are picked, the third must be an overseas player. This rule ensures a balance between local and international talent.
