PSL 11 Peshawar Zalmi Retained Players List – Announced

The Peshawar Zalmi has announced the names of PSL 11 Draft Retentions. The PZ players were announced today (4th January). We all know that there are eight retained players, so who are the players that Peshawar Zalmi will book ahead of time?

Local Player Retained by Peshawar Zalmi

1- Babar Azam

First up, the player who will lead the team is none other than Babar Azam. Following him is Aamir Jamal, the best all-rounder.

2- Saim Ayub

Then we have Saim Ayub, who Peshawar Zalmi is retaining once again because the opening pair of Saim Ayub and Babar Azam is unmatched.

3- Haseebullah Kahn

Next is Haseebullah Khan, a fantastic wicketkeeper-batsman who can turn the game around with his batting.

4- Muhammad Haris

PZ has the talented wicketkeeper Mohammad Haris. Peshawar Zalmi will retain him because he has a special bond with the team and excellent performances for the Team.

5- Khurram Shahzad

Then we have Khurram Shahzad. Babar Azam knows how crucial Khurram is to the team with his exceptional deliveries. Peshawar Zalmi will retain him again.

1- Tom Kohler Cadmore

2- Rowman Powell

After that, we have Tom Kohler Cadmore, the English batsman who isn’t playing in the IPL, and once again, Peshawar Zalmi is going to retain him. He will play for Peshawar Zalmi and help them win matches.

Lastly, there’s Rovman Powell. However, his chances of being retained are slim because he plays in the IPL for Delhi Capitals. If Daren Sammy remains the coach of the team, there’s a possibility Powell might play for Peshawar Zalmi again, but there’s a 70% chance that he will opt for the IPL instead due to the bigger paycheck. If Powell doesn’t play for Zalmi, they might retain Asif Ali instead.
