Indian media has claimed that in 2025, the PCB wants to schedule the Pakistan Super League (PSL) during the same period as the Indian Premier League (IPL), which could lead to a clash between the two leagues.
According to a report by Hindustan Times, there is a potential conflict in the next season where both PSL and IPL might be held simultaneously. This situation arises because Pakistan will host the Champions Trophy 2025 from February to March, which could lead to significant changes in the PSL 10 schedule. As a result, the possibility of a clash between IPL and PSL increases.
The PSL’s schedule might extend into May, while the IPL traditionally takes place from April to June. Indian media has claimed that next year, the PCB plans to hold PSL matches from April 10 to May 25, which coincides with the IPL schedule.
