Highest Totals For the PSL 2025
If we look back at the history of the PSL, we find very few high-scoring matches. The main reason behind this is that in Pakistan, along with batting, a lot of focus is also placed on bowling. This is why we see top-quality bowlers performing every day in Pakistani conditions.

When you’re a batsman facing a strong bowler, the chances of scoring big are relatively low. That’s why the PSL doesn’t usually give us as many high scoring matches as the IPL. However, if we talk about PSL 2025, we have seen several matches where teams managed to score over 200 runs, and in some cases, the opposition even successfully chased those targets.
So today, let’s talk about the highest totals in PSL, which teams have been leading in putting up big scores, and which teams, despite posting strong totals, failed to defend them.

In PSL 10, we witnessed some remarkable high-scoring matches. The first came from Quetta Gladiators, who posted a total of 266 runs for the loss of just three wickets against Islamabad United. This match was played at the Rawalpindi Cricket Ground, and Quetta secured victory with ease.
The second-highest total was recorded by Islamabad United against Karachi Kings, where United scored 251 runs for the loss of five wickets. United went on to win that match as well. The third-highest total also belonged to Islamabad United, who scored 243 runs for the loss of five wickets against Peshawar Zalmi, once again at the Rawalpindi Cricket Ground.
As you can see, most of the high-scoring matches were played at Rawalpindi, where batting-friendly conditions produced fireworks. Four of the highest totals in PSL 10 came from this very ground. The unluckiest team in these encounters turned out to be Peshawar Zalmi, as they were on the receiving end multiple times. Islamabad United hammered 243 against them, while Karachi Kings posted 237, both at Rawalpindi.
Multan Sultans also had their share of misfortune. They scored 234 runs for the loss of just three wickets, but Karachi Kings successfully chased down the target to claim victory. Similarly, Peshawar Zalmi put up a massive 242-run total against Karachi Kings at Rawalpindi, but Karachi once again chased it down.
Overall, PSL 2025 gave us several exciting high-scoring matches, with many teams crossing the 200-run mark in various innings. Now, all eyes are on PSL 11 to see whether we witness an even bigger total, possibly surpassing the 263 runs mark.
