They qualified for the final in the inaugural PSL 2016 season but were unable to win against Islamabad United. The following year, in PSL 2017, Quetta Gladiators reached the final again but lost to Peshawar Zalmi by 58 runs. However, this strong squad won the PSL title for the first time in 2019 by defeating Peshawar Zalmi by eight wickets.
Quetta Gladiators remains a highly dangerous team, and their management has consistently put together a formidable squad.
