PCB Decides to Host PSL 11 Matches to Azad Kashmir

A decision has been taken to bring the Pakistan Super League to Azad Kashmir, with PSL 11 matches planned to be held in Muzaffarabad. The matter was discussed during a video link meeting of the PCB Board of Governors, chaired by PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi.

According to details shared in the meeting, formal approval was given for the second phase of renovation of the National Cricket Stadium Karachi. The Board also approved upgrading the LCC Ground in Lahore on the model of the Oval Ground.

The Board of Governors appreciated the successful PSL road shows held in London and New York and praised the professionalism and efforts of PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi and his team. A resolution of thanks was also passed for Mohsin Naqvi’s role in ensuring the continuation of the recent Sri Lankan team tour.

Mohsin Naqvi said the credit for the Sri Lankan tour and the success of the PSL road shows goes to the entire PCB and PSL team, who worked tirelessly to promote the league as an international brand. He added that PCB is making every possible effort to prepare Muzaffarabad Stadium so that PSL 11 matches, and in the future international matches, can be held there.
