PSL 11 Direct Signings – Team Budgets and Remaining Spots
In the Pakistan Super League, each franchise has been allowed to make direct signings in addition to their auction picks. While several major players have already been signed, a few teams intentionally kept part of their purse unspent and did not complete their 20 player squads during the auction.
Those remaining slots will now be filled through direct signings.
PSL 2026 Team Budgets and Remaining Spots
Here is the latest team-by-team situation:
Rawalpindi
Rawalpindi entered the direct signing window with a budget of 7 crore. They have already secured Jake Fraser-McGurk. After adjusting his signing amount, the remaining purse will be used to sign two more players.
Peshawar Zalmi
Peshawar Zalmi currently has 4.94 crore available and can sign three players. Shanawaz Dahani has reportedly been signed for 1.1 crore, and the remaining amount will now be adjusted for the final additions.
Lahore Qalandars
Lahore Qalandars have 3 crore 49 lakh left in their purse and need three more players to complete their squad.
Kingsmen
Kingsmen have 19 players in their squad and need one more signing. With 1.84 crore remaining, they are in a strong position to secure a quality player.
Islamabad United
Islamabad United have 1 crore 33 lakh left and require two players. They can comfortably sign two players for approximately 60 lakh each.
Karachi Kings
Karachi Kings currently have 88 lakh remaining and 18 players in their squad. They need two more players, but realistically, the available budget allows for only one solid signing around the 60 lakh range.
Sialkot Stallions
Sialkot Stallions have just 51 lakh left in their purse, making it difficult to sign any high value additional player unless adjustments are made.
Quetta Gladiators
Quetta Gladiators have already completed their 20 player squad and do not require further additions.
More direct signings are expected in the coming days as franchises finalize their squads ahead of PSL 11.
