PSL 11 Lahore Qalandars Retained Players List – Announced

Many cricket fans are eagerly waiting to know about the Lahore Qalandars retained players in PSL 11. The wait is over as the Lahore Qalandars have announced the PSL 11 Draft Retentions.

Note: The PSL 2026 Draft will be announced on the 11th of January.

Well, now you can find out, as Lahore Qalandars have officially announced their list of eight retained players for the PSL 2026.

Shaheen Shah Afridi

First, it’s clear that Lahore Qalandars will retain their captain from the Platinum category, Shaheen Shah Afridi, who has led the team to two PSL titles. However, last season, Shaheen left Lahore fans heartbroken.

We kept hoping we would win, but sadly, we couldn’t. Nevertheless, I believe Shaheen will bounce back with a strong effort to reclaim the title for Lahore.

Haris Rauf

Next up is Haris Rauf, the fast bowler, who will be retained again by Lahore Qalandars. The third player is David Wiese, from the Diamond category. Wiese, the all-rounder, has been a crucial asset for Lahore, contributing with both bat and ball in several matches.

Sikandar Raza

Following Wiese, we have Sikandar Raza. However, there’s a question: Will Sikandar Raza stay with Lahore Qalandars or head to the IPL? It all depends on where his heart lies—if it’s PSL, he’ll stay, but if it’s for money, he might choose IPL.

Abdullah Shafique

Next is Abdullah Shafique, the solid batsman, who will also be retained. Coming in at number six is the yorker specialist, Zaman Khan, who will continue to play for Lahore.

Rashid Khan or Anrich Nortje

At number seven, Rashid Khan will likely leave for the IPL. I guarantee Rashid will go to the IPL for the money, just like last season when he was fit for the IPL but claimed an injury for the PSL. If Lahore Qalandars are smart, they should consider retaining someone like Anrich Nortje in Rashid’s place.

Tahir Baig or Imran Khan Jr

The final player likely to be retained could be either opener Tahir Baig or left-arm pacer Imran Khan Jr. The team will probably choose one of them. Fakhar Zaman will most likely be picked through the Super Card.
