PSL 11 Expected Dates Revealed
The 11th edition of the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) is expected to be held in April and May 2026, potentially clashing once again with the Indian Premier League (IPL). Due to the revised schedule, Pakistan’s series against Zimbabwe may also need to be rescheduled.

According to a report, if the current format of the league remains unchanged and two new teams are added, the number of matches will increase by 20, which will also extend the tournament duration.
Discussions regarding the 11th edition of PSL began right after the conclusion of the 10th season. Traditionally, the PSL is held in the January-February window. However, due to the Champions Trophy this year, that window was not available, and next year, the ICC World Cup will be held in India and Sri Lanka, making it difficult to organize the tournament during its usual slot.
The PCB is currently exploring alternative options. One option was to hold the league in December this year, but that seems unlikely due to several ongoing developments, including the inclusion of new teams, finalizing the title sponsorship, and the renewal of broadcast and other commercial contracts. Given these factors, it appears more feasible that the tournament will once again be scheduled alongside the IPL next year.
Final decisions are expected to be made in the coming weeks.
