PSL 11 - Two New PSL Teams Revealed
The Pakistan Super League is preparing to expand from six teams to eight, and the two new franchises are almost final. According to the latest updates, Faisalabad and Gilgit are set to join the league. These two names are close to confirmation and will be the new additions to the PSL.
With Gilgit entering the PSL, the league will reach the northern mountains for the first time, while Faisalabad will also make its return with its own team. Plans for stadium development in both cities are expected, creating new venues for future PSL matches.
With eight teams in the league, a larger pool of international players will arrive in Pakistan. The eight squads combined are expected to include at least 50 international players across categories such as Platinum, Diamond, Gold, Silver, and Emerging. The addition of new teams and more international players is expected to enhance the competition and atmosphere of the PSL.
