PSL 11 – PCB Started Two New Teams Bidding

The Pakistan Cricket Board has officially confirmed the addition of two new teams to the Pakistan Super League. The decision has been finalized, and the tender for the inclusion of the new franchises has been issued. PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi stated that the PSL is set to become bigger and better, and the sale process for the seventh and eighth teams is now underway.

According to PCB, interested parties can submit their bids until 11:00 am on 15 December, with all bids set to be opened the same day. Technically qualified bidders will proceed to the next stage, after which the owners of the two new teams will be selected.

The new teams can be chosen from Hyderabad, Sialkot, Muzaffarabad, Faisalabad, Gilgit Baltistan, and Rawalpindi. Earlier, the PCB had announced the completion of the independent valuation process for PSL franchises and other commercial assets.

Cricket fans can expect a larger and more competitive league as preparations for the expanded PSL move forward.
